thanks for the info. I paid $465 for mine, which was the best price last week. I should be getting it on monday.
I would not be surprised if it increased the resolution of the converters. @$450, it better. Also, being a dedicated clock means that it will have almost perfect jitter specs.

I think a clock should be first before converters. Cos The clock improves 8 ads and also 8 das. The converters will only give you two channels of improvement, and a slight one at that.

which clock did you test? was it the rosenthal nanosync? Why did nt you test it on your aadvarks. Let me guess. You liked it so much that you just paid for it on the spot and took that lady home.
