hi. new member. first post. there seem to be some members on here who know what they're talking about, so i'm glad i've found this forum. i have a question regarding an imminent mic purchase. i'm currently using an akg c3000b as my main mic. i'm quite happy with it, though, as i was surprised to find, isn't the consensus on this forum. regardless, i'm looking to get a new mic for the sake of having a different "flavor". i'm looking at the rode nt1a and the audio-technica at3035. i'm primarily recording a female vocalist, who's a soft singer and i'd like something really, really detailed in a mic. anyone with experience with these two mics, any input is appreciated. also will either of these mics be a drastic difference from what i'm currently using?
