Just a curious question....Has anyone ever seen or heard of a multi-purpose amp that can function for guitar, bass, keyboard and vocals? That would save us a lot of money as well as bedroom space.

the only thing i could think of is using a key board amp....it really wont sound great...but it has the widest frequency range i think

A Hafler 300 W amp would do the trick.
But you'd need some ancillary equipment.
A clean mixer would fill the bill.

Yo Rolland:

Roland makes three models of amps. I have one made for the Keyboard, I think it's the 500 model; sounds great and I do believe there are enough dials on it to make a git-fidle sound fine too. You can test one if you can get to a store that carries the Roland line. The biggest model is HEAVY; the other two in the line are lighter. But, the big model comes with clips for wheels and some dealers toss in the casters.

Check out the Roland Rolland.

Thanks Green Hornet. Do you know how much does the Big 500 cost? I tried searching the web to check it out but couldn't find any official Roland site, don't know why there isn't one. Do you know what is the url for the Roland homepage? hmm, maybe I'll try www.Rolland.com :)

Roland's url is...http://www.rolandus.com

Another web site that has been a lot of use to me is... http://www.musicyellowpages.com/

It has links and addresses both url and snail mail for almost anything related to music. Check it out!
