can't tell if the kit is real or programed, guess it's real. like the toms but not the snare, just kinda thin
edit at 3:48? ("is that an edit i heard" is my fav game lately)
seems to be kinda a big bass build-up, low 60-80 maby, I could be wrong
lead seems just a bit plinky.

Nice, waiting for Jose Feliciano to come in with some vocals. I like the guitar playing the best, maybe because it's the most real sounding instrument. The "flute" at the beginning sounds too synthy for the type of tune that it is. But the chords, melody and mood are right on.
To continue the guessing game with Giraffe, I say it's a drum machine. No drummer woould play all his ride hits with the exact same volume like that. Or....it's a real kit compressed to death so that all the volumes are evened out. My money's on drum machine.

Very cool, bubba. Sounds like a mixture of Allen Parsons, and Kansas. The guitar is hot. Love the tone. For drums that aren't real, I like em. Very good sounds. I've never heard of PCdrummer. What is it? I'll check it out.

Mixing and Mastering.
Not bad. Quite a different style man. Does seem a little lo end heavy. Did you boost the 0-130Hz quite a bit?
Seems a tad muddy but could just be because of boosting the lo end at mastering. Too get rid of muddyness make a wide but slight cut around 150-200Hz roughly (just an estimate). Too much of a cut will totally thin your mix though. Usually only like 1dB is needed maybe not even that much to get rid of muddines.

Hey BEEZIE...that is some cool stuff. After listening to the song several times, the Slide seemed to make a place for itself. Although at about 3:06, it did start to get a bit lost. 
I do like the song a lot, and I even think the slide adds a uniqueness to it.(except around 3:06)ya can kick my arse later in the cave!
I like the jazzy progression of it.
