The main acoustic guitar was a Santa Cruz OM. All acoustic guitar doubling was a Lowden 023. pst... Key here is brand new strings.
They were both cut with a Behringer ECM8000 microphone at the 12th fret, to a DaviSound TB-3 preamp/compressor (with compression, Tube OUT), to a Urei LA-3A, to an Alesis HD24 recorder.
Besides some onboard low-cut, no other processing was done on the guitars at mixdown.
