TC Native or XFX?

I'm stuck on whether to purchase the TC Natives ($100)plug in or the Sonic Foundry XFX three pack ($50). Has anyone worked with either of these, and how do you like them?

yeah, the program you are using matters...e.g., you can't use vst plugs in acid without a wrapper....there are some cool freeware plug ins out there....a lot have dx and vst support...
