i do love smilies...
right. this Might Not Make sense. bear with me.

i'm currently looking at getting the TC Electronic M300 reverb doo-dah. i quite like the idea of having an outboard box for reverb and stuff, but i also quite like the idea of the digital conversion...

heres the question. could i pan two channels of my MG12/4 mixer hard left and hard right, put them into the analogue inputs of the M300, not have any of the effects or reverb on (at this point, anyway) so that they come out on two completely seperate channels into the SPDIF inputs of my Delta 66 sound card?

would that work? it would be cool if it did - it'd add another two inputs to my recording setup, which would Always be welcome :D :p

thanks for any help,

Andy

In fact TC recomends in the manual that the M300 be used as an analog>digital converter.

I have one and it's a nice box.
I use mine on an S/PDIF loop from my Motu828mkII.

me too...no workmanship issues, seems well built. 24bit

:)

gra-hoovy!

i'll wait till i've got some money ( - i'm 17, and at school, and no time for a job...:p) and then one will be bought hehe.

thanks for the help,

Andy
