Dang...didn't expect you were gonna make a wallpaper outta an iPhone pic...amazing.

And thanks for fixing the paint scratches on the rack ears for me (along with other touches)!

:D

I was going to ask you to take some nicer shots with your other camera but didn't want to pester you. :(

But if you have the time and opportunity........:D

Cheers! :)

Mehhhh unfortunately I don't really have access to that camera these days.

Understood.

Your i-phone though can still be a viable option if you're shooting with decent light/daylight. It's graininess only kicks in under poor light when the auto iso gain kicks in. Also, if it has a landscape mode, as apposed to a portrait mode, that might also help with its characteristic to only have a small portion of the image in focus...which is what caused some of those last few images to look a bit blurry. Perhaps look into the camera settings menu of the phone to see if such options exist.

Cheers! :)

Some more fun with Sweetbeats' 234. Cory made a good effort to take some fresh shots with his i-phone which I managed to twist and turn into a pretty decent wallpaper for all the boys and girls here. One for now and perhaps more to come in the next day or two...

Thanks, Cory! :)

I was getting a bit rusty from non-activity but it all came back pretty quickly! :D

Cheers! :)

A mild detour from TASCAM for a moment, I present Sweetbeats' dbx 119 decilinear processor! This one didn't require much in the way of "digital bondo" on my part, just a bit of spit polish to shine it up a wee bit! :)

Awesome!!!

:D

Only problem is what are you going to do the rest of the weekend? :p

Well, there's always the hope that some daylight shots of the M___ might surface in parts unknown! :D

Cheers! :)

Much thanks to j.harv, (Jason), for making the effort to take a nice head on shot of his TASCAM GE-20B eq! I gave him a pain in the ass set of shooting instructions and he followed them to a T! :)

The image was still a bit on the fuzzy side, due to his camera and not his shooting skills but I think I managed to clean it up a bit.

Clean!

Someday I may get around to shooting the GE-20 with the VU meter. It is quite different from the B model.
It's in my rack in a not- well lit area.
:spank::eek:;)

Are we talking about the TEAC GE-20 with the wood side panels and single switchable Vu meter on the right side of it or, the very rare TASCAM GE-20 with the bar-graph meter on the left hand side of the unit?

Cheers! :)
