TASCAM Portastudio 414 MkII help me auxiliaire send !!

Hello ! can someone help me : i use the tascam as a mixer, and I plugged some effects to the two aux send of the tascam.
But one effect is only hearable on the left side and the other one on the right side. Is there any possibilities to get over this issues?

We need a little more information before we can answer this.

1. What are the two effects units you're using?
2. How are you bringing the effect return (the output of the effect units) back into the Tascam?
