Tascam DM-24 and Sonar

Is it possible to get the volume envelopes in Sonar to transmit midi data to the Tascam DM-24 motorized faders , so the envelopes I draw by hand in Sonar can be seen moving the faders on the board ?

Good question! At least your a lot further than I am. I havent been able to even get the two to talk period.

I downloaded a control surface for the DM24 and sonar but it doesnt work. Any advise would help.

Also if you get a chance,, go over to the Tascam forum and read a post I have in ther about effects. I am having problems getting the effects working on the DM24.

What all can you control in Sonar with the DM24 now?

All I can get is the DM-24 faders to send midi but not receive it, and the track mutes. I also never realized tascam had forum again, so I'll try to get over to see it.

Some people have got the DM to totally control Sonar tho.

Its was a link from the Tascam forum here in HR.

And yes, they had Sonar and the DM24 talking to each other. Sonar would control the DM24 and the DM24 would control Sonar.

That was in the Tascam Forum though.
