Tape flanging using 2 DAWs?

How can i re-create the tape flanger effect using TWO DAWs?

1.) copy my vocals on to DAW#2
2.) with DAW#1 vocals
3.) can i just slow down DAW#2 playback speed and put DAW#2 output to DAW#1 "send input" to mix them??
 
is ADT delay 1 second and more ? whats the time scale for ADT please?

how can i ADT a band of frequencys? so each frequency would have a different delay time?? how can i do this please?

How can i set a delay time for each frequency but having each frequence have a ADT delay??
 
take the cover off of one of the hard drives and and lightly touch the disk platter while it's reading.

because touching the platters will give you a more organic feel to the flanging.

This could very damage my hard drive
 
nah, where a soft wool glove and you'll be fine.
