So I was searching for info on Tascam remote controls and came up with a few things (some of you may know this already):

Thanks for posting that. I might have to rig up one of these myself.

Nice not to have to cross the room to work the machine when you're sitting at the piano trying to record.

It's a big help and w/right button group (normally open) it should be fairly easy to make.

Pause does not work on every model such as 42 and 48 as there is no "pause" on those.
