Synch-No Synch (yamaha synth-alesis sr-16)

I have connected my drum machine via midi to my Yamaha SY-77 synth. While playing a keyboard part with the drum machine tracking, I stored the keyboard on the SY-77's sequencer. During playback, the keyboard are 1/2 beat behind the drum machine.
How do I get them in synch? I've checked both manuals. Thanks.

Just because it had no replies, doesn't mean we didn't pay attention to your thread, k1enneth. It's because we don't know the answer. May be you need to set something up propher way (like MTC setting, or sync protocol thingee).

I found the edit. It's buried under "Song Play" function in the sequencer.
