Hi Everyone,
though I can find some info on my topic, I´m stuck at the point where I am.
I am using a Tascam ES-50, soldered two cables according to the schematics I got from Tascam, doublechecked those, but when I try to run the setup, it does not work completely. First only the slave machine was reacting, now when I run setup, both machines start acting a little while together, after ~5sec. master stops, Slave continues F and FFwd for about 30sec. (this is according to the ES50 manual). After that the setup light goes blinking and the master FFwds only for a few seconds (not according to the manual!).
When I try to apply the chase-mode afterwards (following the manual..), the slave doesn´t give a damn about catching up to the master or stop or play just as the master. They still act as seperate machines.
To me it seems as if I am just a few inches off the goal.
Who is there to give a hint??
