Must be something???
i just checked, and it streamed as usual..
Not sure garry.

Whats the noise I hear? It sounds like your running a low-fi plug to make it sound like an old LP. Is that intentional? You can really hear the clicks and pops at 0:06.

Nice vibe though. :)

I'm only listening with headphones. Did you have to eq the guitar much? Is it possible you cut a bit too much of the low mids (200hz)?

Listening on headphones and I don't hear any boomines. I've heard way more than that (usually on my own :o ).

Cool tune (again) !

Well, it worked OK at home (normally does at work too, dunno)

Bet you've got guitar leakage all over the vox mic - very entertaining when you want to mix in a retracked guitar, if that's what you decide to do :)

Good stuff, I can see why you like it, for my taste I'd have mixed the harmony part a little lower and also had some parts without harmony, to give it a bit more variation. Nice to hear something without drums, by the way. If the string part was an octave higher it would lighten up the sound a bit, but that may not be what you want.

What's that guitar bit at the end all about? Very strange.

Yeah i tracked the main vox and the guitar in my control room simultainiously. I improvised the song. None of the stuff that just comes to me is ever recorded well...If i took the 15 20 30 mins to get a decent sound the spark would be gone. Been there tried that.
Took about 20 mins to track the harmony, key pads, and that phono thingy.

At the end? strange? hmm. Not sure what to say.
And yes i used some MBcomp to try to chill out the BOOM.
It was pretty bad.
I wasnt monitoring when i was playing.

Well, Springsteen recorded his Nebraska album at home on a 4 track. They could never make it work when they got the band together in a studio to do it - ended up releasing his home recording. Gave the record company kittens, apparently. Passion beats technology every time :)

As for the end bit, what I meant was (only listened twice) you seemed to be plucking just a couple of strings for ages before the final chord. Forgive me if I misheard that or something.
