Suggestions on lighting

As far as LED's making noise... almost every piece of audio equipment I've seen has at least one LED somewhere, if not dozens of them :)

*EDIT: ahhh, it seems I spoke too soon; 'tis the ballasts/converters/whatever attached to the LED's that can be the problem.

Now, how did that happen? I posted way before anyone else mentioned LED's, but here it is, at the bottom of the thread. Strange.
