Hello Community,

I enjoyed my P-424 for a long time and finally switched to the
Digital DP-03SD and am preparing to begin recording after
a bit of a break.
My question is: what is a great pair of studio monitors that will
work with the RCA jacks on the back?
And if there is a pair that has the RCAs and is also Bluetooth that would
be ideal!
Thanks!

Good hunting. And enjoy! I too have a DP-03SD and it's a great little workhorse. I set it aside when I moved to a DAW (Reaper), but I pull it out occasionally when I get the experimenting bug. Never used monitors with mine - let me know how they do with yours.

Anyone know what brand most of the professional studios in
Nashville use?

Spantini,

So far it has worked well with guitars, bass, etc.
But didn't sound so good with my Kurzweill PC-88 keyboard for
some reason. Sounded kind of plastic-ee. And the keyboard sounded
fine through my P-424.

Nashville studios will use a variety of monitors. This one uses ATC SCM300s which run about $35000 a pair, Genelec 1032s at $5000 a pair, and Yamaha NS10s.

A Nashville Studio.webp

Some have custom made systems, along with Mackie, Tannoys, Dynaudio, Auratone, Focal and others.
