Step-down transformer

Hi all,

I've just bought an OzAudio HM-6 QMix off eBay, and it takes 120v input... I'll need a stepdown power supply, but not sure whether this one would suit my needs:

Any ideas? I'm not very electronically minded... just not sure whether this is regulated and whether I can use it

Sorry, I should have probably stated that I'm in Australia hence we run on 240v here
