I propose a Trade, my tastes have changed:
I have a 2003 Schecter 006 Elite
=Has a set neck, magnificent sustain
=Light body but very resonant w/heavy tone.
=Black "satin" finish. Sort of transparent black if you can picture that
="Duncan Designed" pickups; 1 bridge humbucker (JB Clone) and one Neck single coil. 3-way switch.
=Grover tuners
=24 jumbo frets
=Les Paul-type tailpiece and bridge (unlike the latest 006 models out now)
=Schecter guitar case for it
=I paid $450 for the guitar and $69 for the case.
*=I made one modification to the body where your forearm rests- I smoothed out the ridge that used to dig into the forearm (Schecter design flaw IMO). I painted over it in black and it's not visible to anyone while you're playing it.
Here is a picture of the current model- the body shape and headstock are the same, only the tailpiece (lack of -) is different...also my pickups have solid EMG-style covers rather than exposed polepieces:

I am -looking for/wanting- either:
=Fender strat
=Fender Fat strat
=G&L any strat-type I can get
=G & L Tribute Strat-type
=must be a rosewood/dark fretboard, no light/maple-type
What do you think?
I am in So. Cal, will travel most anywhere within reason...
Thanks
Alan
