Soundcloud plays promotion?

Hey guys,

has anyone tried any of those services that promise plays on your tracks?
I'm looking for some extra exposure for my forthcoming album so this came into my mind.

After googling a bit this service looks legit if you compare it with others players that are obviously playing fake game.

Has anyone worked with them already?

I don't get this. Why would someone care how many times your page got clicked by a computer?
Why don't you just sit there yourself and refresh the page over and over? Doesn't that do the same thing?

Is it because not even you wants to sit there and listen to your music?

Edit: Ah, I see it says "Real Listens" but don't believe it.

Most likely.

Real people don't listen to anyone else's music unless-
1) It's a famous artist that they learned about from a cooler person or
2) Artist is a friend

Services like that exist to make money off teenagers' dreams.

There are services that offer the same for Facebook 'likes' for your band page. No way they've got 1000+ people working for them - it's all computer-done.
