WHOHO!!!!!
moskus said:More and more products like Logic and Cubase SX2 has it now (even Muzys has it, I think. That's a cheap sequenser!). Why Cakewalk didn't include it in Sonar 3 I don't understand...
moskus said:I'm guessing the function is bouncing down (which is the only thing Sonar supports when we talk about freeze), but that involves a lot of work. Logic and Cubase do this automaticly, and it's so easy to use!

Yes, but why use 10 clicks when you can use 1?HMusikk said:1) Select MIDI/Audio tracks for DXi.
2) Edit/Bounce to Tracks, unchecking all boxes... using the DXi audio track as the destination.
3) Disable softsynth in rack.
I've mailed them. Have you?tombuur said:Cakewalk can you hear me ???
No, the Archive function (right-click on a track, and select Archive) does minimize the CPU load. Muting a track will only stop the sound...tombuur said:And while were are making suggestions, why doesn't the mute button stop everything working in the track? For quite a while I thought muting was a way to minimize load on the CPU, but apparently the plug-ins go on using CPU power.
