cool snapper! love that wood :), and the girlfriend....
must be warm there eh? no need for a lot of clothes.
 
wow ... looks really good. Big rooms too ... long is a better word ... but it seems like there'll be some space to spread out a little. Are you going to keep the pool table in there? That would be cool! All I have is a dart board. :)
Do you have plans to update the ceiling in the jam room ... or are you going to leave it as is? Just wondering how that would be for noise reduction ... it just looks like a normal suspended tile type deal.

The pool table is staying but lately it's been more of a cable table. The ceiling is your standard drop ceiling and I dont plan on any more soundproofing there, none needed. I did have to seal up the area between joists that connects to the control room. This is the room getting all the soundproofing. I need to keep the live room out of the control room.
 
I like the meticulous construction and how details are paid attention to in the building of the windows!

She's a guitar player. I change chords as she strums and sings.
