Small jack to Cinch - possible?

I bought a headset and it got a small jack. My M-Audio Delta 1010 only got Cinch In and Outputs, is there an adapter for that?

I don't know what Cinch is, but all the Delta 1010s I've seen uses big jacks (don't they?), and there's an adapter for that...

But I don't think you can plug your headphones directly into the Delta. You might need a headphone amplifier...
