Shure ES615

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience using these for recording? It's a dynamic omni reference mic from the seventies. 30-20K

The Behringer cm8000(?) is a reference mic that gets some good reviews for recording.

The EV RE55 is still the gold standard omni dynamic and is sometimes used as a reference mic.

I was wondering how the ES615 would fit into this spectrum. I suffer from LOO, love of omnis.

Any help on this mic? Maybe nobody here ever used one? thought I'd give it a bump for one more try.

Shure omnis

Hi,

A couple of other Shure omnis I'm interested in are the 576 and the SM76. Anyone familiar with these mics? Anyone have any other Shure omnis they can recommend?
