Selling Beats-Flyers and Cards

Dang Cuz. I'm thinkin about printing new flyers with updated beat prices.
 
Oh, do you have a non-exclusive contract? I was thinkin about doin that for people who want beats on mixtapes.
 
Thanks for the email man! I'm kind of confused on that non-exclusive one tho. How should i edit that to refer it to me? The way i'm reading it it seems like i would be giving the purchaser the right to lease the beat to someone else. I know your probably sick of me bugging you but can you explain that a little? :confused: :D
 
no the purchaser doesnt have the right to lease to anyone or re-sell..you have the right cause the beat still belongs to you. its stated in your agreement

Well, the sale didn't happen. The deal took an unexpected twist and i had to cancel the arrangments. I've had a rough week. :( Sometimes, life has it's way of producing totally unexpected situations that can't be resolved on a good note. Anyway, I got someone else who is thinkin about buying some beats tho. Might make that sale this weekend or next week.
