I'm looking to buy a new gear.

I'm fan of analog sequencing synthesizers like the Korg MS2000.

What are the other gears (in rack) available on the market corresponding to what I want. (under USD 1300.00)

Many thanks in advance for your repplies !

I recommend the same stuff as always...

The Clavia Nord stuff. The Nord Lead 2 doesn't have a sequencer, but is an excellent analog modeling synth.
The Nord Modular is the coolest synth ever, but hard to use. The sequencing is there, but even harder to use. It is useful to do dynamically changing sounds though. Has a vocoder too. The Micromodular is simply one quarter of an Modular Rack. The modulars also doubles as effect-racks and mastering units. :)
Clavia Nord Lead 2 Rack: $999 at http://www.zzounds.com/a--2676837/
Clavia Nord Modular Rack: $1399 at zzounds.
Clavia Nord Micro Modular $549 at zzounds.

The SIDstation is a mean beast too, with a very distinct sound. Monophonic, though, and not that flexible. But you can probably get one SIDstation and one Micro Modulars for $1100. :) The SID stations sequencing is also not really ment to be used as a sequencer, but to make dynamic sounds.
Neither the SIDstation or the Micro Modular has a keyboard, but they aren't racks either.

Elektron SIDstation $580 at http://www.sidstation.com/
