Ebay is wonderful if you know what to look for and how to use the tools they offer.
I was going to buy a Resonator guitar on there the other day, good price but not great, anyway I checked the dudes feedback out, he had 100% positive feedback. Investigating further, I saw that ALL of his feedback came within a 20 minute period the day before. Red flags went up everywhere and I did not get the guitar I wanted.
His feedback came from buying feedback on ebay, yes it's a real thing, you can sell someone positive feedback, just slightly disguised :

just search on feedback or positive, here are plenty more of them.
I've had some slow shipments, but as long as the sellers stay in contact I feel things there are legit, just use the tools they provide and check people out.
