Ok so i bought the Samson Go mic for recording my videos last year but i still get complaints in the comments that my audio is bad. So i decided that i will try the BM 800 but then i noticed that in other people's videos the Samson sounds way way better (Granted i am shouty in my videos at points) but i now can decide whether it's the mic or me and there are no direct comparisons of the two online..? What do i do?

If can stand 130dB - you can't shout that loud. Suggest that you have the gain too high or too little compression in the digital set up. Also check that you cut off the bass using the EQ. Cut it off at 200Hz for speech.

Sonic guess it's me then, ok i will have a look at those settings, I've been using adacity.

If you can, post a short clip of the audio or a link to a video so we can hear it.

My issue is that i start a video loud and then while i do the rest of the video i talk at a normal volume so is it just me that is the problem?
