Tis truely(pun intended) one of the worst things I've heard in awhile. Just delete the drum tracks all together because you can't hear them except for the screeching high hats. Bass is off time most of the time. Guitar sounds like a 3 year old was playing it. And the vocals, Jesus where to start. Maybe practice dynamics a bit. The only thing that seems to come through is the whining/howling. I'm sure if it wasn't buried in reverb and so far back in the mix, we'd find an overuse of Auto-tune just like the other song you have posted.

Cool song guys. True that was awesome...You got a lot of soul in your voice kiddo. I like it wet just the way it is. I would eq out some of the highs on the lead guitar and fatten up the bottom end......besides that it sounds great...glad i got to take a listen.

i like the overall tone of this mix better than the original. ditto for what's been said about the drums. i'd also like to hear more guitar and keys in the mix. i like the funky feel of the bass. i also like the wet vocals...not too much verb at all for this style of music.

aside from the small issues with the mix, this is a good tune and everyone delivered a good performance. this piece has always been pretty far out...a good example of fusion with vocals. i like it.

It's a nice tune, but the sound really isn't happening, I got to be honest. It probably would be better with no drums at all. I love the feel and True's voice is great as usual...But somebody's got to re-mix this.

True didn't post the song. I posted it with no illusions or expectations of praise.

Although this latest mix is better than the original mix it could be better, I'm sure. My hearing drops off dramatically at 11 kHz. That's a real problem…..

Sorry Madz, but the hearing problem I'm having is obviously worse than I thought or I was fatigued.

I still think I did a better job of mixing the guitars as compared to the original disc that I sent you. Pop it and give it a listen for a comparison.

Does Ford Van and Jake write HangDawgs' reviews for him?
