Roland VS File Converter

I am looking for a dll plugin that converts Roland VS files or imports them to Reaper. The dll is reaper_vs.dll, can't seem to find the download anywhere. Primary purpose is to convert Roland tracks to further process in Reaper.

Why a plugin? Does this not do it? All you need to do is export the tracks in 'wav' format. Then import into any DAW.

Roland uses a proprietary format.

Thanks, I looked on that site, but all of the links I found were dead. I appreciate it. Go the zip file, not will give it a shot here in the next few days.
