Roland 1010 Help Please

Just bought a 1010, running Cakewalk 8 Pro, I didn't get a manual for the 1010 or the soundiver cd either, first question is: where can I find these 2 items, and the 2nd question is: Is there a way in cakewalk to change the sounds on the 1010 soundbanks in the gm setting, I don't like all of the sounds that are played in the gm mode and don't know how to import new sounds for live performance in gm????? You should be able to find it on Ebay!
