Hello everyone!
Just thought I would finally post some images... basically these are somewhat before images (even though I've already started the project -- mostly superficial stuff like painting
)
Anyway, what I'm planning is this:
1. upgrade console (ordered mackie 32x8)
2. Custom built rack cabinet (like Argosy's spire 1402 unit)
3. Acoustic treatments (to help cut out the horrible reflections I get, improve accuracy and eliminate the massive bass traps in this space)
I'm planning some other things... but I can't remember what they are right now
Anyway... here are some images... as each phase is done... i'll probably post more pictures

Hey I love Ausrocks desk - that's what you need. Most of that rack gear can fit over the console, even if it's a Mackie 32/8 WITH meter bridge. The only hassle with the mackies is that you have to be able to get to the back unless you want to build a huge patch bay. But I suppose the soundcraft is no different is it ausrock?? How did you get around that factor??
Check these out and build (or get someone to) these wall treatments and with ausrocks console you'll have a great setup.
