Well your almost there. All you need now is some software to record them. I assume these are 2 track reels or mono?
Something like goldwave or cooledit would work for you. On the upper end, Wavelab 3.0, or Soundforge. Once you have the wav file in any of these programs you can edit if needed. To get them on cd you need something like adaptec ez-cd or nero, cdrwin etc.
