Recording 1/2 step Lower?

I just downloaded the demo version of N-Track and it sounds to be recording what im playing a 1/2 Lower than what I am actually playing. Does anyone know why this is happening?

no, but the blue album and pinkerton by weezer are tuned 1/2 down, as is revolver (but the beatles did it after it was recorded, weezer did it with their guitars)
