Rack kit for Presonus Gear

Presonus website has a kit that allows you to rack 2 blue max compressor's or two blue tubes. I can't find anywhere selling them online and I emailed presonus almost 2 weeks ago and haven't gotten a single reply.
Anyone know where i can find one of these? I know i can get just a rack shelf but for 30 bucks i would rather just rack them as a 1 space rack unit. thanks

Musician's Friend has them - http://www.musiciansfriend.com - just do a search for "presonus" and look for the BMRA rack adapter. $24.99.

Definitely get this instead of a standard universal rack adapter - the blue max & tube are slightly smaller than normal and just don't quite fit correctly in anything but this!
