hey guys, a few weeks ago, I posted about purchasing my 1989 Fender Strat...and i finally broke astring
i broke my high E..
but what I noticed is...well, my 2 point bridge used to like "float", so with the whammy bar, you could push down, and pull up a decent amount so u can really hear the note bending higher..i think ever since my E broke, my bridge is flat against the body now...i can only push down, i cant pull up....i hope theres nothing wrong with my bridge? i also took off the back cover and noticed it appears to have a "trem-setter" in the middle instead of a 3rd spring..does that need to be adjusted? please help..i like how the bridge floats..i hope now its just not against the body for good
