I have the PreSonus TubePre and the COMP16, the EQ3B and the HP4 and I also have the Behringer 1204FX mixer and I'am not sure how the hole setup is suppose to be I'd sure appreciate some help

That all depends on precisely what you're trying to do. The setup for "this" is completely different than the setup for "that" and so on.
But generally - Outputs go to inputs. After that, it all depends on what the game is.

Do you own anything that is capable of actually recording something? A computer soundcard or interface? a stand alone recorder? a four track? Give some more detail, and we can surely help you accomplish your goals.
