Professional Commercial Studio Gear

Hey there,

So, Within a budget of around £20 grand, excluding a computer, what gear would all you guys recommend, everything from mics, to IO's to DAW's to stage box's/ multicores. Im not completley lost, and i have a set of gear in mind, but i just want opinions, im not all brain dead when it comes to all of this

You are in the Studio Building & Display section so I guess you are starting with either a building plot, or given your budget, a few rooms ready to convert into a studio. With your building in mind, what level of isolation do you need to include in the build or conversion? Along with that will be any additional cabling and HVAC requirements. That will be the most expensive part, after which there is acoustic measurement, treatment and decoration, followed by whatever gear you want and which works well in the space you have.

maybe want to list the necessities of what your looking for, you can spend 20 grand on just a couple of preamps and microphones.

And don't forget the 20 grand that needs to be put to sound treating a professional commercial studio lol
