this is off the subject im having a problem with my mouse, its the connector or the motherboard. is there a way around replacing the motherboard? can i just get the peice you plug the mouse into? this is the computer i use with my recording equipment and its stopping me from getting work done. i have a spare cpu, I switched all the parts and that wont turn on so i cant test my other motherboard unless i pull it completly out, my plan was to pop the connecter off, everytime i start to move forward some thing brings me back where i started, i must have bad karma what you think?

Jesus, what is a new mouse? $5 bucks? Buy a new one and see if that fixes it. If not, but one that is USB.

first thing i checked was the mouse, if i have a spare cpu, dont you think i have a spare mouse. I trouble shooted it down to the connector or motherboard, how much do usb mouses cost?

I got one for AU$15

Your problem with the mouse sounds bad, but what's more worrying is that it seems that your shift and apostrophe keys aren't working!

Maybe look into getting a new keyboard too?
