Plz Help me Decide on Monitors!!!

sorry to bore you guys with another one of these topics, but i've been researching frantically and have narrowed it down to a few choices.

btw. i make everything from dance/house/trance to film scores/documentaries/tv. etc.


fostex pm1 (right now my first choice)
event tr6 (second)
behringer truth b2031a (i liked the sound, but a few grey areas)
wharfedale diamond 8.2 (but i'm having trouble locating them in canada, and am a little nervous buying over the net for warrenty and handling problems, i've also heard from ppl that its a much better investment to look at the diamond 9 series)

if in this price range, you can't stop raving about a particular model, feel free to share.

thanks man, but you're a bit out of my price region with those. i can't afford to save any longer, because i need a decent pair of monitors stat for some projects i'm working on.

If you're in Canada, go to Long&McQuade and get a pair of Yorkville YSM1P actives. If you can't pull the full price, they have financing. I've got a pair, don't chince out on 4 or 5" woofer that won't do the job for you. You won't be sorry about the Yorkvilles.
