Peeped your commercial break. That's kind of interesting. Where did the sample come from?
Anti-corporation/capitalism huh? This guy (and anyone echoing his opinions) should get the hell out of Dodge then. I hate hearing these so called "victims" spew their bullshit. No, our government isn't ideal for a lot of people, but ever take a look at the alternatives? Remember this is a "free" country and you are "free" to leave anytime you like.
If you see something you don't like you have 3 choices, live with it, do everything in your power to change it or get the hell away from it. Notice I didn't list bitching about it.
"Cripple us of our individuality" - What?? Because the vast majority of people are like lemmings and follow whatevers hot at the time is not a fault of capitalism, but of weak minded individuals. You wanna be your own individual then turn off the TV and stop buying CDs. Better yet, grow a head on those shoulders and think for yourself.
"Using up all available natural resources" - I think he's on to something here. So we should give up items like cars, unrecyclable paper products, etc? Great idea, I think that would go over real well with the American public. You do realize again, this is people not corporations making these decisions right?
"Judged by sex, color, social status, shoe size" - So how should we be judged? On our IQ, fertility, age? Would that be better? As humans we judge everything based on certain criteria, we can't help it. Remember "Goldylocks and the 3 Bears"? It is in our very nature to judge, to have an opinion, to have a personal perspective. Take this away and we for sure would be "crippled of our individuality".
