Owen Corning 703 and these

Hi All,

I was looking for an inexpensive way to cleanup the bounce in my small space and ran across these:

I was wondering if anyone has used these before and what results you got from them. It seems more cost effective and less messy than using the foam on the wall type setup..

I also found this site selling the owens corning 703 really cheap.

$30 just for the cloth covering seems like a hell of a lot. you can just buy some cheap ass cloth at a fabric store and make your own bags for a fraction of that.

ATS sells the 703 pretty cheap, and rock wool as well for even cheaper:

Look around and find office supply contractors - ask about used office partitions. Most are made of OC, already covered with acoustically transparent fireproof cloth - do a little shopping, you may get all you want for little or nothing.

Do give it the knuckle test though, as 'some' partitions are plywood centers.
