Not ordinary guitar pedals to invent new music styles?

Any suggestions for unusual, not ordinary, maybe strange and otherworldly guitar pedals that could push the boundaries and maybe help to invent another music styles? Or maybe an ordinary pedal that has some cool additional fukd up features, interesting nuances. Any suggestions r welcome. Digital or analog shit. Any..

Really you aren't going to invent a new style of music - and pedals wouldn't help anyway - what you can do to get your own voice with the guitar is use common pedals in uncommon ways - and thinking of the guitar in different ways - putting mutes under the strings - or playing really open with different tunings - but even so you won't create a new style - but you might create new music.
