This seller is putting a bunch of NOS reels in different formats up for sale on eBay.
He's a new eBay ID, but it's a legit studio (Sync Sound) in NYC.
I think they just went 100% digital, and it doesn't look like they use tape gear any more, so this appears to be a bunch of new old stock they are clearing out...and the prices are not bad.
I scored 2 NOS reels of Quantegy 456 2" tape from 2004....for $60 each.
He has a few 1", 1/2" and 1/4" of various brands...( I got the 2" stuff
).
Some of it is R2R *videotape*...so look carefully.
Check out all his items, as I bet most will go over the weekend at these prices.
