I am considering buying one of these units but i have one very important requirement.
i have a bunch of 8 track recordings on tape with a FSK sequencer code on track 8 with tempo changes.
i want to dump the tapes into the dp24 and then add further overdubs on extra tracks.
But:
i need to be able to route the recorded FSK to an output so that my sequencers can play in sync with the recorded music.
forget the midi output i don't need advice on that. The FSK code is audio and needs to be routed via an audio output.
so can you do this maybe through the effect send output ie route one track to effect send 1, then i can record all my sequencer sounds in sync with what is already there on the extra 16 tracks.
