My birthday was indeed clean ... a visit to my parents and three younger siblings. I had duck at a restaurant - it was great but only cos it was virtually identical to chicken (but more expensive).

Now that we've gone completely off-topic
I wouldn't call it "greasy", but duck has alot more fat than chicken, my wife won't touch it (or eat it), but I've been eating duck for years. Best duck - The Peking Duck House on Mott Street in Chinatown, NYC, anyone ever been there? We would drive from Central Jersey all the way into Manhattan on a Sunday just to have their duck, it was that good!
