Hi all
I'm quite new to all this, but I'm quite sure my problem is common. Basically, I'm recording in my piano via "what u hear", into a wave editor. I'm playing my electric piano, which is playing a soundfont on my PC. all that's fine, except the quality is quite poor when the texture of the music gets heavy. You know what I mean, I don't know the word for it, but sounds like someone's scrumpling up paper over it, just 'noise'.
How can I eliminate this? Is there a better recording method given my basic set-up? I have a line-in lead but don't know what to do with it yet. Or are there programs that will eliminate noise?
Thanks in advance guys.
