My advice is to use the 58's as a stereo pair and record it in front of the band.

Put the mics into the mixer and look for some busses or sends. For example, you put your mics into channel 5-6. On these channels you probably have send knobs, turn them up. At the output section of the mixer you probably have some output options called something like "send" which you can use as input to your sound card.

If you got busses on your mixer it's even easier.

Or you may have direct outs.

Unfortunately, you would be laughed off the board had you asked a beginner question such as yours at that site. That's why it's called PROsoundweb.com.

Most are quite advanced on that site and many of them are in the business. They would have probably told you to come back here, and that would be the polite answer.
