well it would make sense that to get the sound of the v67, you would BUY a v67. why dont u just get a shure sm58 to start with then upgrade later. it work fine if ur a screamer.

You are all over the place man. Don't buy anything. Go to a studio and try out the stuff they have. Find what you like and buy that. Asking us what we use is like saying " I'm gaonna buy a truck, I drive it on the roads near my house, should I get a Chevy?"

thanks for all your help.. but its hard for me.. i have a decision now between the SE 2200 and RODE NTK thats for sure..and a studio is far from me..
so what i want to know is which mic. is MUCH better with a great preamp?
