Thanks for those links - helpful to understand where you were coming from, and I think you nailed it. As others noted, this does have the pop sensibility of the 90's pop-punk movement but at a more laid back tempo than I associate with that genre. Of course, I wasn't paying too much attention at that point as I had largely stepped away from music and was starting down the rabbit hole of young family life.

You made the right choice moving into family life! Yeah, super tough to keep up with music these days. My old drummer likes this slower/oldies style of punk too, for obvious reasons!
